Western Mac

Ingredients:

  • 1 package boxed macaroni and cheese
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • ½ cup celery (sliced)
  • ¼ cup green pepper (chopped)
  • ¼ cup onion (chopped)
  • 2 cups whole kernel corn (drained)
  • 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Dash of pepper

Directions

Prepare macaroni and cheese as directed.

Brown meat, celery, green pepper and onions, cook until tender.

Stir in corn, tomato past, water, salt and pepper.

Add macaroni and cheese, mix well.

Pour into two quart casserole, bake at 350° F for 15-20 minutes.
