Turkey, Pesto, and Fresh Mozzarella Sandwich
Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons pesto
- 1/3 French baguette (halved horizontally)
- 2½ ounces roasted turkey (sliced)
- 4 pickled sweet cherry peppers (sliced)
- 2 ounces fresh mozzarella (torn into large pieces)
Directions
Spread pesto evenly over cut sides of baguette.
Layer turkey, cherry peppers, and mozzarella on bottom of baguette; replace baguette top to make a sandwich.
Cut in half if desired, and serve immediately.
