Tiger Fudge

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups sugar
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • ¾ butter
  • 1 cup peanut butter (chunky or smooth)
  • 6 ounce chocolate chips (semi sweet or milk chocolate)
  • 1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow cream
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Directions

Melt the butter, then add milk and sugar. Bring butter, milk and sugar to roiling boil on high heat.

Lower stove to medium and cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent burning. Remove from stove and add peanut butter, marshmallow cream and vanilla.

Pour into pan and top with chocolate chips. Use knife to create a marble effect.

Leave to cool and then gobble it up.
