Stuffed Bell Peppers
Ingredients:
- 2 links boudin
- 4 medium sized bell peppers
- Bread crumbs (optional)
- Butter (optional)
Directions
Stuff the boudin evenly into the four peppers.
Sprinkle top with bread crumbs and a bit of butter.
Place in baking pan in small amount of water and bake in the oven at 450° F until peppers are done.
