Shrimp Pasta
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces spaghetti noodles
- 10 ounces shrimp (deveined and peeled)
- Salt and pepper
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon cilantro
- Red pepper flakes
- Sauce
- ½ cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup sweet thai chili sauce
- ½ lime juice
- 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce
Directions
Mix all sauce ingredients together. Set aside.
Cook spaghetti noodles according to direction on box and then drain.
Meanwhile, season the shrimp with salt, pepper, and paprika. Melt the butter in a 12 inch pan and add the shrimp. Cook 1-2 minutes per side, adding the garlic the last 30 seconds. Turn off the heat and add the pasta and sauce and toss together.
Sprinkle with cilantro and chili flakes.
