Seafood Stuffed Bell Peppers
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups cream of celery soup
- 1 pound shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 1 pound crab meat
- 1 stick butter
- 1/3 cup green onions (chopped)
- 4 cups corn bread
- 10 large bell peppers (topped and cleaned)
- 2-3 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
Directions
Sauté onions in butter. Add shrimp, crab and Cajun seasoning.
Add soups and gradually work in corn bread. Mix ingredients thoroughly.
Spoon mixture into bell peppers that have been placed in a casserole dish. Lightly sprinkle Cajun seasoning over each pepper.
Bake 20-25 minutes at 350° F until golden brown.
