Scones

Ingredients:

  • 5 ounces milk
  • 5 ounces cream
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

Directions

Mix all ingredients and knead.

Roll to 2 centimeters thick and cut into circular shapes, place on prepared tray and put into 392° F oven for 15 minutes.

Serve with strawberry jam and cream or lemon butter and cream.
