Sautéed Ground Turkey and Rice

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1½ pounds ground turkey breast
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup tomatoes (diced)
  • White rice

Directions

Preheat 1 tablespoon oil on medium in a large sauté pan 2-3 minutes.

Place ground turkey in pan and season with chili powder, salt and pepper, and add 1 cup diced tomatoes.

Cook 7-9 minutes or until 165° F.

Serve over white rice.
