Rhubarb Lover's Delight

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch of rhubarb (chopped into length)
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • Vanilla fruche

Directions

Take one bunch of rhubarb remove and discard the leaves, chop the rhubarb into 2 centimeters lengths.

Take the juice of one orange and combine with 2 tablespoons honey and 2 tablespoons water in a saucepan, simmer over low heat for 8 minutes.

Place the rhubarb mixture into a bowl and place in the freezer for 15 minutes, layer rhubarb and vanilla fruche in individual dishes, finish with a layer of rhubarb.
