Ranch Potatoes
Ingredients:
- 8-10 medium potatoes (peeled and cut into ½ inch cubes)
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1¼ cups milk
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
- Salt and pepper
- 6 slices of bacon (cooked and crumbled)
- Water
Directions
Place the potatoes in a sauce pan. Add water to cover, bring to a boil and cook for 10-12 minutes or until the potatoes are tender. Drain.
Place potatoes in a greased 13x9 inch baking dish.
In a bowl mix together the soup, milk, dressing mix, 1 cup of the cheese, salt and pepper to taste. Pour over the potatoes, sprinkle with bacon and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Bake at 350° F for 25-30 minutes.
