Rainbow Spaghetti

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound spaghetti (cooked)
  • Food coloring
  • 1 cup water (divided)
  • 3 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan (grated)
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Place 2 tablespoons water into each of 6 zip-top bags. Add 10 drops gel food coloring to each bag.

Divide the spaghetti into the 6 different bags. Shake until they are coated in their colors.

Remove each pasta individually from bag and rinse with cold water.

Combine in a large bowl and toss together with butter and Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
