Pineapple Cream Cheese Frosting
Ingredients:
- ½ cup butter (softened)
- 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese (softened)
- 1 (16 ounce) package powdered sugar (sifted)
- ¼ cup pineapple juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
Beat butter and cream cheese at medium speed with an electric mixer until blended.
Gradually add powdered sugar, juice, and vanilla, mixing well.
