Oyster Stew

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 onion (diced)
  • 1 quart oysters with juice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 3 cans evaporated milk

Directions

Sauté the onion in the butter until tender, stirring often.

Add the oysters and juice and cook until done.

Then add the soup and milk and continue cooking until completely hot.
