Orange Walnut Broccoli
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup walnuts (chopped)
- 1 pound frozen broccoli florets (thawed)
- 3 tablespoons orange juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon orange zest (grated)
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions
Heat large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add nuts and toast until fragrant, 2-3 minutes, stirring often. Remove and set aside.
Add broccoli and orange juice to skillet, cover, and cook 2 minutes.
Add oil and sauté until broccoli is tender, 2 minutes. Add basil, orange zest, salt, and pepper, and remove from heat. Sprinkle with nuts.
