Kielbasa in a Blanket

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound kielbasa (sliced)
  • 1 tube crescent dough
  • ½ pound sauerkraut
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • Kosher salt for sprinkling
  • Caraway seeds for sprinkling
  • Grainy mustard for serving

Directions

Preheat oven to 375° F.

Unroll crescent dough triangles.

Place a pinch of sauerkraut and a piece of kielbasa in each crescent and roll tightly. Brush with egg and sprinkle with salt and caraway seeds.

Bake until golden, 15 minutes. Serve with mustard.
