Hushpuppies
Ingredients:
- 1 package corn muffin mix
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup milk
- ΒΌ cup onions (diced fine)
Directions
Mix the egg, milk and mix according to package directions and add onions.
Warm up a deep fryer (or pot of oil) and carefully spoon drop 3-5 puppies and let them fry until a light golden brown and floating.
Remove and repeat for the remaining amount of mix.
