Honey Oat Crisps
Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons coconut oil
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2/3 cup rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Pinch ground clove
- Pinch vanilla extract
- Pinch salt
Directions
Preheat the oven to 356° F.
Stir together all the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Spoon up 12 pieces of dough onto a parchment paper covered baking sheet. Flatten with spoon as thin as you can. They should be slightly larger than 2 inches.
Bake for about 15-18 minutes or until golden.
