Grilled Honey Herb Pork Chops
Ingredients:
- ½ cup orange juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- 4 boneless center cut pork chops (about 1 pound)
- 2 tablespoons clover honey
Directions
Combine orange juice, garlic and thyme. Set aside 2 tablespoons in a small dish and pour the remainder over pork chops in a gallon-size re-sealable food storage bag or nonmetal dish; seal or cover.
Marinate pork chops in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine reserved 2 tablespoons juice mixture and honey. Simmer 1-2 minutes or microwave partially covered for 15-30 seconds until slightly thickened. Set aside.
Remove pork chops from marinade and discard marinade. Grill pork chops over medium heat or charcoals 8-10 minutes, until pork is 145° F with a 3 minute rest.
Serve chops, drizzled with any remaining sauce.
