Grilled Avocado
Ingredients:
- 4 avocados
- Salt
- Fresh limes (sliced)
- Cilantro
- Cumin
- Tomato (diced)
Directions
Cut each avocado in half and remove the pit.
Place the avocado halves flesh-side down onto a hot grill for 3-4 minutes or until grill marks appear (the grilling time will depend on how hot your grill is, so make sure to monitor).
Remove avocados from the grill and squeeze some fresh lime juice over the top. Sprinkle with salt, cumin, and chopped cilantro.
Fill center cavity with some diced tomato.
