Greek Pasta Salad
Ingredients:
- ¾ cup fusilli or corkscrew pasta
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon sugar
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¾ cup tomatoes (diced and seeded)
- ½ cup green bell pepper (diced)
- ¼ cup red onion (chopped)
- 3 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons Kalamata olives (chopped)
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions, and drain.
Combine olive oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Stir until sugar dissolves.
Combine dressing, cooked pasta, tomato, bell pepper, onion, parsley, and olives.
