Fudge Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ¼ cup flour
  • ¼ cup cocoa
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 pie shell
  • Non-dairy whipped topping

Directions

Melt butter and stir in the rest of the ingredients.

Bake in the pie shell at 325° F for 40-45 minutes.

Serve with a dollop of whipped topping.
