Fidget Pie

Ingredients:

• A piece of bacon (cooked and cut into chunks)
• 1 pound cooking apples
• Cider
• Flour
• Pepper
• Brown sugar
• Pastry

Directions

Put the bacon pieces into a pie dish. Sprinkle with flour and pepper, and cover with cider.

Add a layer of apples and a little brown sugar.

Cover with short crust pastry, and bake in a hot oven for 20 minutes, and a further 20-30 minutes at reduced heat.
