Double Layer Chocolate Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1ΒΌ cups cold milk
  • 2 packages chocolate flavor instant pudding
  • 1 (8 ounce) tub frozen non-dairy whipped topping (thawed, divided)
  • 1 (9 inch) graham cracker pie crust

Directions

In a large bowl, beat milk and pudding mix with a wire whisk for 1 minute. Mixture will be very thick.

Whisk in half of the whipped topping.

Carefully spread in crust. Spread remaining whipped topping over top.

Enjoy immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve. Garnish as desire.
