Creamy Chorizo Bean Dip
Ingredients:
- 1 (14 ounce) can refried beans
- 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 (8 ounce) package Chorizo sausage
- 1 cup Queso quesadilla cheese or Mexican blend cheese (shredded)
- Blue corn tortilla chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350° F. Spray baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Cook Chorizo according to package directions, set aside.
With electric mixer combine refried beans, cream cheese, sour cream and ground cumin until mixed together. Stir in cooked Chorizo.
Spread into prepared pan, top with shredded cheese.
Bake approximately 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly browned.
Serve with blue corn tortilla chips.
