Creamy Chilaquiles

Ingredients:

  • 1½ cups salsa
  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
  • 3 cups tortilla chips (coarsely crushed)
  • 1½ cups queso quesadilla cheese (shredded)
  • ¾ cup sour cream

Directions

Cook salsa and chicken in large skilled on medium heat 2-3 or until heated through, stirring frequently.

Stir in crushed chips; top with cheese. Cover; cook on medium-low heat 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Serve topped with sour cream.
