Cream Cheese Tart
Ingredients:
- 8 inch partially baked pastry shell
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 4 ounces unsalted butter (softened)
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- Big pinch of nutmeg
Directions
Preheat oven to 375° F.
Cream the cheese, butter and sugar together in a mixing bowl. Beat in the eggs and nutmeg.
Turn into pastry shell and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
Tart is done when it has puffed and browned.
