Cranberry Bread

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups cranberries
  • 1 2/3 cups sugar
  • 2/3 cups oil
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 teaspoons orange zest
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ cup nuts (coarsely chopped)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350° F.

Mix cranberries, sugar, oil, milk, vanilla, orange zest, and eggs in a bowl.

Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans, and bake 50-60 minutes.

Cool completely before slicing.
