Chocolate Cracker Snack


  • 1 package salted or unsalted crackers
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1 bag chocolate chips


Preheat oven to 450° F.

Melt butter and sugar together in microwave for about three minutes — until butter is fully melted. Mix well.

Line cookie sheet with aluminum foil.

Layer crackers over the aluminum foil until pan is totally full. Pour sugar butter mixture over crackers and spread till even.

Put in oven for five minutes or until hot and bubbly. Remove from oven and spread chips over cracker sugar butter mixture. Let sit for about one minute then use wooden spoon to spread.

Let cool for about 30 minutes to an hour. Peel aluminum foil from back and break into pieces.
