Chocolate Butterscotch Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
- 18.25 ounces devil's food cake mix
- 1 large egg
- ¾ cup vegetable oil
- ¼ cup golden brown sugar (packed)
- 11 ounces butterscotch chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350° F.
In a large bowl, stir together cake mix, egg, oil and brown sugar until blended. Stir in butterscotch chips. Batter will be dry.
With hands shape into 1½ inch balls. Place about two inches apart on greased baking sheets. Bake for 10-11 minutes until tops are set.
Cool 10 minutes and remove to racks.
Yields: 32 cookies
