Chocolate Banana Cream Pie
Ingredients:
- 1 (3.4 ounce) box instant banana cream pudding
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 2 cups whole milk
- 2 bananas (cut into ½ inch slices)
- 1 (6 ounce) prepared chocolate graham cracker pie crust
Directions
Whisk pudding mix, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar in a bowl, breaking up lumps. Whisk in milk for 2 minutes. Let stand until thickened, 5 minutes.
Place bananas in crust in an even layer. Pour in filling and smooth top. Cover tightly, with plastic wrap touching surface.
Chill until set, overnight or up to 2 days.
