Chicken Soup

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium chicken
  • 1 pound egg noodles
  • 1 pound baby carrots
  • 2 stalks celery
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Directions

Cook chicken in a large pot until tender. Remove the chicken from the pot and pull the meat from the bones.

Boil egg noodles in the chicken stock left in the pot.

Slice baby carrots in half and cut celery into small slices.

Cut chicken into small pieces. Add chicken, celery, and carrots to the noodles. Add in some salt and pepper to taste.
