Chicken Fajitas

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound cooked chicken breasts (sliced for fajitas)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves (crushed)
  • 1 (14 ounce) package frozen pepper and onion blend
  • 5 (8 inch) flour tortillas

Directions

In a skillet over medium-high heat, warm chicken through about 2-4 minutes, turning consistently.

Add frozen vegetables and garlic and continue cooking, stirring frequently, 3-4 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

Place chicken and vegetable mixture into warmed flour tortillas and serve.
