Chicken Fajitas
Ingredients:
- 1 pound cooked chicken breasts (sliced for fajitas)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves (crushed)
- 1 (14 ounce) package frozen pepper and onion blend
- 5 (8 inch) flour tortillas
Directions
In a skillet over medium-high heat, warm chicken through about 2-4 minutes, turning consistently.
Add frozen vegetables and garlic and continue cooking, stirring frequently, 3-4 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Place chicken and vegetable mixture into warmed flour tortillas and serve.
