Cheesy Dip
Ingredients:
- 1 pound pasteurized cheese
- Add-ins
- 1 (15 ounce) can chili
- ½ pound ground beef (cooked)
- 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chilies (undrained)
- 1 cup ranch dressing and sour cream
Directions
Cut cheese into ½ inch cubes; place in a microwaveable bowl.
Stir in your choice of add-ins.
Microwave on high for 5-8 minutes, or until cheese is melted and mixture is well blended, stirring every 3 minutes.
