Cheesy Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound pasteurized cheese
  • Add-ins
    • 1 (15 ounce) can chili
    • ½ pound ground beef (cooked)
    • 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chilies (undrained)
    • 1 cup ranch dressing and sour cream

Directions

Cut cheese into ½ inch cubes; place in a microwaveable bowl.

Stir in your choice of add-ins.

Microwave on high for 5-8 minutes, or until cheese is melted and mixture is well blended, stirring every 3 minutes.
