Buffalo Chili
Ingredients:
- 1 cup yellow onion (diced)
- 12 ounces ground buffalo
- 1 (15.5 ounce) can chili starter or chili beans
- 1 (15.5 ounce) can pinto beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1 cup chunky mild salsa
- Cheese (topping, optional)
- Onions (topping, optional)
- Sour cream (topping, optional)
Directions
Preheat a large saucepan on medium-high 2-3 minutes.
Place onions and meat in pan; brown 3-4 minutes, stirring to crumble meat, and until no pink remains.
Reduce heat to low. Stir in chili starter, beans, and salsa; simmer 10-12 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
Serve with your choice of toppings.
