Braising Steak Over Egg Noodles
Ingredients:
- 2 pounds braising steak
- 2 cups onions (sliced)
- 2 cups whole mushrooms
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- Egg noodles
Directions
Cut steaks into bite-size pieces and place in a baking dish with onions, mushrooms and broth. Cover and bake 1½ hours at 350° F.
Stir in soup and cook 20-30 minutes or until steak is tender.
Serve over egg noodles.
