Bloody Mary Bomb

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup vodka
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons hot sauce
  • ½ teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 2 stalks celery (chopped into ½ inch pieces)
  • 16 slices bacon
  • 16 baby dill pickles or cornichons

Directions

In a large bowl, whisk together vodka, Worcestershire, hot sauce, and lemon pepper.

Add tomatoes and celery and let soak in refrigerator at least 2 hours and up to overnight.

In a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy, but still pliable, 6 minutes. Drain on a paper towel-lined plate, then halve.

On each appetizer skewer, skewer 2 bacon halves, soaked tomatoes and celery, and a pickle.
