Apple Pecan Crisps
Ingredients:
- ¾ cup whole wheat flour
- ½ cup oats (divided)
- ½ cup pecans (chopped)
- 1/3 cup brown sugar (firmly packed)
- 3 tablespoons butter (softened)
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 6 cups Granny Smith apples (chopped, divided)
- ½ cup raisins
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
Directions
In small bowl, combine ½ cup flour, oats, pecans, brown sugar, buttery spread, and ½ teaspoon cinnamon; mix with a fork until well combined.
In large bowl, combine apples, remaining ¼ cup flour, raisins, granulated sugar and remaining ½ teaspoon cinnamon; toss to combine.
Transfer to a 9x9 inch baking dish that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Top with oat mixture.
Bake in a preheated 350° F oven 35 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
